There were four great networking opportunities for jewelers attending The 2010 SMART Jewelry Show. This gave everyone a chance to relax after a hard days work and to enjoy the night life the show and Chicago has to offer.

INSTORE’s ULTIMATE BRIDAL BASH - Held on Sunday, April 25 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Navy Pier Ballroom for a fun filled evening of dancing and partying the night away. INSTORE threw a bash that is one to remember – not just a party, but an entire wedding reception! The spectacular and fun event was sponsored by Hearts On Fire, with additional support from The Knot. 

CRUISE THE LAKE - The Chicago Jewelers Association and the Midwest Chapter of the Women’s Jewelry Association cruised the Chicago River on Saturday, April 24 from 6:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Over 200 show participants enjoyed a 2 hour cruise along the Chicago Skyline.

MEET SOMEONE NEW WITH A TWIST - Gen-Next Jewelers hosted a party at Riva Restaurant from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. on Saturday, April 24. This was not just a party but a party with a twist. Gen-Next Jewelers challenged attendees to meet someone new. The first 100 people who were willing to try something new received two drink tickets and a complimentary Ferris Wheel ride courtesy of INSTORE.

KEEP THE FUN GOING - The Facebook Jewelers Network and the Young Jewelers Association held a great event at the infamous Billy Goat Tavern on Saturday, April 24 from 9:00 p.m. to Midnight.  This was the place the SNL skit with Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi - Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger, No Coke Pepsi was based on?
