Mark Loren, a Chicago born jewelry designer, has been transforming his ideas into heirlooms and his fascinations into fashion for more than 25 years. His clientele, like his work, is vastly diverse and span from coast to coast. His inspiration soars across the world and through the centuries.

Mark's gallery exudes a special "synergy" created through the eyes of a talented team of expert artisans. Together, they have won scores of National Design Awards and have gained celebrity-like status with both industry critics and jewelry collectors alike.

Mark Loren was recently published in “Masters: Gemstones – Major works by leading jewelers” by Lark Books/Sterling Publishing Co. featuring major works by 39 master artists.

 The Chicago area provided a fertile "proving-ground" for Mark's design skills and many fine jewelry stores showcased his work until the southwest Florida sunshine beckoned in 1982. He opened his retail design gallery, Mark Loren Designs, in 1987 and won his first of four, International Spectrum Design Awards in 1991.

Lee County Jewelry Designer Mark Loren was featured in 2008's "Gemstones Masters: Major Works by Leading Artists" by Lark Books/Sterling Publishing Co. as one of 39 of the world's top jewelry artists. Thirteen of Loren's designs are pictured in the book, many from private collections.

In 2009, Mark was named a Philanthropist of the Year by Gulfshore Business magazine. His philosophy is that with success comes responsibility. He has given back of himself, his talents, and his treasures - literally - for more than 15 years to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars. From serving on charity boards to financial donations to donated pieces of art to be auctioned, many local organizations have benefited from his generosity.
